🔁 Return & Refund Policy
Returns Accepted If:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged/Defective Product
- Size Issue (applicable only to eligible clothing)
Return Window:
- 7 Days from Delivery Date
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
Return Process:
- Go to My Orders > Select Product > Click Return
- Choose reason & upload photo if needed
- Our team will arrange reverse pickup
Refund Timeline:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund within 3–5 working days
- COD Orders: Refund via UPI or bank within 7 working days after pickup
Non-Returnable Items:
- Innerwear, Personal Use Items
Clearance Sale Items (unless defective)
